Scapa Group manufactures and distributes adhesive tapes under the Barnier® brand from its factory in Valence, Drôme. For more than 100 years, the Barnier® brand has been offering a complete range of adhesive tapes exclusively for craftsmen.
A new factory for Valence
A new factory was built in 2015 designed
to the most modern building and safety standards.
With this new plant, Scapa France has established a better economic and ecological management of its activities. 30%
reduction in gas and electricity consumption, optimisation of solvent
management, reinforcement of the ATEX approach and creation of a 900m3 basin
intended for the recovery of fire water to avoid groundwater pollution.
We have 170 employees, working in 5 buildings
in a total surface area of 6000 m².
This new tool confirms that Barnier® remains the only 100% French manufacturer!
